  1. ALWAYS PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT MODLOADER (Fabric / Forge) AND MOD VERSION (For Example 1.19.2-8.2.10)
    Minecraft version: 1.20.1
    Fabric: 0.16.14
    Travelers Backpack Mod version: 9.1.37
    OPAC Mod version: 0.24.0

Hey all,
I don't know if I should report this here given that it's a interaction between 2 mods.
But since I didn't see any reports on it, might as well

  1. Describe the bug

So, when I have a backpack with a feeding upgrade the OPAC (Open Parties and Claims) mod prevents the food being consumed (like its meant to), shows the appropriated warning in chat but the item that the backpack tried to feed the player disappears (This is especially annoying when I have the Eternal Steak artifact in there).

  1. Write steps to reproduce the bug

    1. Have both mods installed
    2. Enter someone else's claim
    3. Have the backpack feed you
    4. Item gets deleted but food doesn't go up
  2. What is expected behavior
Have the backpack feed you normally

Note: This was also posted on OPAC's github issues. Link: thexaero/open-parties-and-claims#718

Edit: Added OPAC mod version and link to issue in OPAC's issues

We've run into this in our server as well. As a stopgap we're globally whitelisting the infinite steak and gapples, but other food types still get voided. Also on 1.20.1 here (Prominence 2 Modpack)

Edit: Well we can confirm it still bugs, because if you are looking at any block in a claim, even if the item is whitelisted, if the block isn't, openpac blocks the action and the food that is trying to be eaten gets destroyed

I've just checked with latest version of OPAC, so at the moment it's 0.25.5 released 3 days ago and seems I do not encounter this issue with only Traveler's Backpack + OPAC installed. Every food feeds the player correctly while being in other player's claimed area

I am also on Prominence 2 Modpack, will update the mod to latest and test.
Can't test at the moment, but in a few hours I'll test and report back!

That's great, I wanted to test it but I do not have server right now to do that. Please try updating OPAC to 0.25.5 and see if issue occurs and let me know about the result.

Just tested, yea in 0.25.5 it seems to be fixed.
The modpack didn't update yet cause of the OPAC-Create compat mod that has not been updated yet it seems.
Thanks for the help, and thanks for your time!

Oh, that's a great news, from what I've read in changelog - OPAC-Create is now integrated into base OPAC mod, so it's no longer needed. I think it'd be worth to report it to modpack developers

commented

Oh, let me find the changelog then. If that is the case then I will.

This is the file with said changelog:
https://modrinth.com/mod/open-parties-and-claims/version/fabric-1.20.1-0.25.1

(Fabric) Create support is now fully built into the mod and no longer requires the additional extension. Remove the extension if you're using it.

Oh yea, thanks was looking for it. :P

Anyhow, reported it to pack dev staff, will be updated in the future.

Thanks a lot for your help!
