Bee hives and Bee nests drastically lower FPS when in backpack

Describe the bug
Bee hives and Bee nests lower FPS when inside the Backpack, whilst the backpack is rendered in range or in the inventory.
I know there are more items that cause this issue but i havent been able to find them, its best if you look out or find out which ones they are with the information provided, will update if i find more -
Write steps to reproduce the bug
place a bee hive or a bee nest with at least one bee in your backpack, this will drastically lower FPS. Affected players can barely play the game -
What is expected behaviour
Solid fps without any issues, but drastically lowers fps for no apparent reason -

Update, this also happens with the ender Lead from Zenith, which holds animals. This seems to be NBT related
Can i send you a exported modpack? I am part of the Cinderstone Studio Staff, Prominence if that rings a bell, i can send a zip containing a world inside the modpack so you can see for yourself. I can also link you screenshot or anything of people having that issue, i could also get in contact with those players but i highly doubt they know how to do any of that.
Also, this is what i was provided, solution in the last screenshot. I may suspect it is some sort of memory or gpu leak perhaps? ive followed the problematic items in a flat world, nothing really changed on my fps, it might just be the time players actually spend in the world?

I can't reproduce this issue by any means, it was reported before. Could you provide playerdata file of a player that has bugged backpack in inventory/equipped
