The mod has a backpack upgrade that automatically eats food from the backpack when the player is hungry. Some mods also add a water (thirst) scale, such as Tough As Nails.

In general, I would like this improvement to support replenishing thirst with water bottles/canteens from a backpack, or there is a new improvement for water in general.

It could also be linked to the tanks in the backpack itself, that is, for the player to drink the water that was in the tanks. This would make the tanks more useful.

Thanks, I didn't know. But in any case, this is not exactly what I described in the proposal, although it also makes it easier to consume water.

The player can drink the water from the tanks by using hose, it will replenish the thirst - this is the only compatibility. No other integration is possible since Tough as Nails do not provide registered Fluid from theirs mod and thirst value is based directly on items, not fluids.
