I do realize I am playing in a version that is not supported, that being said. Using 1.16.5 I keep loosing Diamonds and Ancient Debris when placing in the backpack storage.

Everything else, including mod items, I do not believe I am loosing item count. But 2-3 diamonds here and 1-2 ancient debris there just disappears.
