The inventory is not working with curios integration in MC 1.16.5.

If you wear the backback in the back slot, the inventory shortcut doesn't work.
You have to take the bagpack in your hand and right click it.

Have you tried changing keybinding?

I think you need to change an option in the config file, so that the backpack key will access the one in the curios slot
