Create a mod version for Fabric.

Until that will use other backpack mods, f.e. Inmis, Simple Backpack etc.

Port is planned, but due to school, I can't give the exact date of stable release

Have you got a repo/branch for the fabric version so I can port to 1.17 or are you going to do that?
