Since Im on a fabric modpack at the moment and the godlike mod that is Tool Belts isnt available, I had to find a replacement that does not currently exist.
This mod had a nice consolation with the tool switching by button, however, two slots isnt enough. Though I understand having too many slots would make you cycle for a bit longer than you should for a tool or weapon.

Though, there are many multi tool mods (Paxels is a dumb name), I prefer to use each tool.

At least one more slot for a hoe or shears, or some other item you tend to use often. Or configurable.
