Describe the bug
Unable to equip backpack
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Acquire backpack
- Right click while in primary hand
- Observe GUI and lack of equip button
Alternatively - Acquire backpack
- Place backpack on ground
- Sneak-break the backpack
- Backpack will break like normal block and not be equipped
Expected behavior
Right clicking the backpack in primary hand is meant to open GUI to show button to equip in the lower left hand corner
Clicking this button will equip the backpack in a nebulous 'slot' on your character positioned on the back of the model and allow access to the GUI of the backpack through hotkeys.
Alternatively
Placing the backpack down and sneak-breaking the backpack is supposed to automatically equip the backpack to the character's back
- Mod version: 1.19.2 - 8.2.10
- Mod Loader: Fabric
Additional context
Mod used in the AQM2 version 1.1 modpack found https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/another-quality-modpack-2 here
https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/trinkets
The modpack uses this, yes.
hmm, that's really strange, I see that backpack slot is kinda dark, maybe it's locked or something? could you try removing all trinkets/armor and then try to put it in back slot
So I think Inventory Profiles Next is your issue. After I disabled it the button showed up.
Okay so basically I've download AMQ2 and I can put backpack in back slot without any problems
Do you have trinketsIntegration enabled both on server config and client config?
I also have this problem, not using the same modpack though, just Travelers Backpack, cardinal components and Trinkets
