[Fabric 1.18.2] No backpack abilities work at all. (Tested Blaze/Dragon, both did nothing)

  2. Describe the bug
    Blaze backpack does not protect you from small blaze fireballs shot at you. You still get knocked back and set on fire.
    I tried taking it off and putting it back on, still took damage.

  3. Write steps to reproduce the bug
    1 Put on Blaze backpack
    2 Get shot by blaze
    3 Take damage

1 Put on Dragon backpack
2 Put your head in water
3 Don't have water breathing.

  1. What is expected behaviour
    1 Put on Blaze backpack
    2 Get shot by blaze
    3 Don't take damage

1 Put on Dragon backpack
2 Put your head in water
3 Have have water breathing.

I updated original post/title name, as dragon backpack also does nothing.

Oh my god abilities are disabled by default. Okay fair enough I guess.

Also, fall damage protection doesn't work either. Just died from fall damage.
