Incorrect tooltips

  1. Describe the bug

Tooltips for the new upgrade items are incorrect. Anything, other than iron tier, says that it should be combined with a backpack of the same tier, as the upgrade item.

Install the 8.2.20 of the mod and look at the upgrade items' tooltips.

  1. What is expected behaviour

Each upgrade should reference applying to a tier below itself, not the same tier.
