Can't upgrade the backpack in 1.19.4 + Experimental Features

  2. Unable to upgrade the backpack while the 1.20 experimental features are turned on in 1.19.4 java

  3. Start a 1.19.4 world in java, turn on the experimental 1.20 features, attempt to upgrade backpack.

  4. Placing backpack + Upgrade into smiting table.
