1. Describe the bug
   The configuration on server is not effective.For instance,If I enable 'backpack abilities' on client side,then I am able to obtain the backpack abilities on the server although 'backpack abilities'option has been disabled on server side

you have to edit configuration on both sides

I understand.But It's really strange.If somebody who doesn't wish backpack abilities to be disabled changes the configuration on client side without authorization,then he/she will gain unfair advantages over others.That's why I opened this issue.
It will be great if some settings are only determined by server-side on MP servers

I cleared this list on server side and do nothing on client side then joined my server and discovered some ability backpacks are still effective(Such as spider backpack)
The backpacks which provide effects can also be valid.The buff icons will be displayed on the screen

I don't know how many backpacks have this issue beacause I haven't tested everything yet.

There is one another weird problem on this condition.The buff icons will not disappear after taking off the backpacks,and the remaining time of effects will be paused at 0:00

Only night vision can work.But the screen will flash when the effect time is up.

I have tested most backpacks,It seems that only spider backpacks can fully work.chicken,lapis,cake,cactem pack are difficult to observe so I can't ensure whether they have similar issues.
