I'm a modpack developer, and I think 5 backpacks are a bit too much. I want to limit the amount of backpacks to 2, but I can't.

Some sort of menu through mod menu to configure the amount of backpacks to be able to carry until you get slowness.

Describe alternatives you've considered
You could also do some file to edit it if you don't want to do a whole menu.
