   I'm playing on a server with friends, and I made a Squid Backpack hoping to utilize the Water Breathing ability, but the ability isn't working, even when I went into the Config file and enabled Force Ability.

2. Write steps to reproduce the bug
   a) Craft or obtain a Squid Backpack
   b) Jump in water
   c) No profit

3. What is expected behaviour
   Water Breathing and Night Vision effects given in water
