can i add custom titles? for example, if i had a village, can i make it so that when i enter that specific village a specific custom title is displayed? thanks

Try using Waystones or another mod called Areas

The only way to do that with Traveler's Titles is by using the Waystones mod, as Aulberon mentioned. Other than that, you'll have to use another mod like Areas.
