It'd be nice to be able to blacklist certain dimensions from having chests spawn. This is useful when you have other mods that clone the overworld generation allowing you to disable generation in those dimensions.

It only allows generation in the overworld (dimension=0). It shouldn't be generating in other dimensions even if they are cloned.
