Add config for server join message. (about features enabled)

FMLClientHandler.instance().getClient().thePlayer.addChatMessage("TreeCapitator client-side features enabled.");

Reason

Its bad style. If all mods will add messaged to client chat its will be overkill.
And im trying to protect players eyes.
