Localization support

I would like this mod to support localizations. I would translate it into the German language if it did.
Is there even any text that should be translated (apart from the one you get upon a world start)?
The world start message was removed, so there isn't even that. I will add localization once I have a chance to create a GUI for editing the mod's settings.
