Signs not working & duplicate distance error?

Hey there- when I first created my server, all of the signs were working, no issues- I have the world duplicated on single player(same mods, datapacks, etc. for testing) and the signs worked on it as well. However- once I exited and logged back in- all of the signs stopped working. All of the vanilla signs work just fine, only the Treemendous signs are not. they all load in as solid black signs, with pink edging- like it's missing the texture file or something, Idk. This occured on both worlds. Of course, the first thing I tried was turning off shaders/Optifine. That didn't fix it. I left Optifine off and created a 3rd world with this mod alone, and the same thing occured. Not sure what's going on.

On my server, I checked the console at startup- the only thing I saw relevant to the mod that wasn't something I recognized was this error-

[modloading-worker-11/WARN] [de.tr.ma.Treemendous/]: duplicate distance to MaterialColor: net.minecraft.block.material.MaterialColor@52b54385, net.minecraft.block.material.MaterialColor@711d8f7d

There's multiples of this error- the id of the MaterialColor is all that changes- Happy to take a screenshot of anything if you need it- I'm not really good with coding of any kind whatsoever- I know just enough to get me by. So maybe that WARNing is nothing at all and is supposed to occur- like the "no data fixer" isn't actually an error. But that's the only thing that showed up in relation to treemendous that wasn't there the first time I started up any of the worlds- and it was there on the 2nd log in when all of the signs weren't working.

Fixing it isn't of any high priority to me- but I figured I'd report the issue in case anyone else is having the problem. I mean, who knows, maybe I the computer just didn't like the way I looked at it that day and now it refuses to load the signs!
