Simply changing the format of V1460 is not enough. Since DataFixerUpper is originally used to update data, a proper DataFix should be added, so the data will be correct when it's fixed from an elder version, i.e. a server update. Changing only the Schema makes DFU unusable as the data fixed from an elder version will have a different format from the one fixed from V1460.
