Me and my friends were playing on tropicraft(Our favorite mod)we also added a few mods including thaumcraft 3, it makes the whole world have a ore that comes from it cinnabar.

If i understand you right: The surface turned into cinnabar ore?

If that's the case, then I think that your configs are broken. I've seen that happen with several other mods before, and if I'm right, those are related to Block ID conflicts in your configs, which forge ignores for some reason. (I might be wrong.), I'll set the status on wait, and tell the devs about it :)

Well, I have a question: Did you install Thaumcraft after Tropicraft (or Tropicraft after Thaumcraft)? The bug could be that the block IDs got swapped in the configuration files.
