Palm Tree Leaves will not drop saplings

I ran 7.1.1.56 and palm tree leaves will not drops saplings at all. Might want to check out the drop code.

Edit: 7.1.2.57 has the same issue. Going to cheat myself some palm saplings to tide me over until this is fixed.

No problem, just wondered why they weren't dropping. Now I can finally farm palm trees!

Similarly to a recent comment on another issue, palm leaves and fruit tree leaves do not drop saplings when broken. It is definitely something that should be looked into, especially for survival players. However, because in March of 2018 cojo said it was fixed in development, it could be useful for someone else to try to get saplings from leaves too. I wasn't able to yesterday, but it could be due to a bugged client/bad luck. Sometime last August I had the same issue as well in my actual survival world, which made me cheat in saplings and made the experience feel less genuine.
