Is there a way to remove the portal and reinstall it somewhere else? We've tried, but when we reinstall Tropicraft it puts it back where it was, which is not in a good place- it runs over some of our builds. We want to have Tropicraft installed, it's a great mod yet there seems to be no way to remove the blocks or water from the portal and stick it elsewhere, it has the memory of an elephant, even if the folders are deleted and re-downloaded. HELP! ____________________________________________________________

Edit: We resolved it by signing into game, going into creative mode and filling the portal with blocks to remove the water and then removing the sandstone edges and placing blocks where they were so that the portal couldn't put itself back.

Then we removed everything Tropicraft from computers, deleting recycle bin, removing the mod from Twitch and server (also removed the dimension folder labeled just "Tropics", not removing this means the portal comes back in the old place- lesson learned the hard way!), signed back into game to make sure everything was gone. Signed off, reinstalled Tropicraft to Twitch and the server- wash, rinse, repeat all the beginning steps but putting the chairs in the place we really wanted the portal and finally the portal is in not in our builds, or anywhere else but the place where we wanted it! Success!

Hopefully, this will help someone else that ends up with a stubborn portal, it's worth the redo- The Tropics are an interesting place with beautiful scenery. :)
