Issue Description

Please add a config option that spawns the player in the tropics, in my DrTARIDS modpack I hacked perfectspawn to make it work, but I would love to just set a config option and have them spawn here first when they enter the world for DrTARIDS 2 for 1.12.2.

See how The Betwenlands did it for me for my Ancient TownCraft modpack.
