Issue Description

Basically, Scale Armor is not giving any fire resistance. When you're in fire or lava, your armor does take damage, yes. But, when you get out of the fire or lava, your player loses health from burning.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip either a few pieces or the full set of armor
   2a) To reproduce getting a resistance bonus with only a few pieces of armor, simply stay in the fire or lava.
   2b) To reproduce taking damage with a full set of armor, jump in and out of fire or lava, making sure you're on fire.

Tropicraft's Latest Version in 1.12.2
I am playing with multiple other mods, however nothing should be affecting the armor bonus, as I have no mods that would possibly.
