Issue Description

In my FTB revelation server i put in tropicraft as extra mod. The only items in the @Tropicraft and in creavtive is tropic water and tropic portal.

Steps to Reproduce

1. add tropicraft to server modlist
2. add tropicraft to revelation modlist in local files
3. start the game

Tropicraft Version: 7.1.9.115
Forge Version: latest version of revelation. No idea what forge. For 1.12 at least.

Fixed the mod. I was stupid and forgot to close the server before i added the mod.
