How about warning the user before destroying their base?

Issue Description
Portal creation will destroy a player's base with no warning that it's going to happen nor any valid method to remove or move the portal.
Steps to Reproduce
- Set the chair next to you base.
- Drink the potion.
- Come back from the Tropics to enjoy your destroyed your base.
