Seems to be a Minecraft Bug: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-102608 and https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-252003
Yep, it's a vanilla bug.
Will be suggesting the fix is added to https://github.com/LoveTropics/LTExtras
