Breaking other mods' banner patterns

Describe the bug
For some reason, when installing "Tropicraft", the textures of the banner patterns break down. For example, as with the "Kobolds!" mod - instead of the desired texture, I have a black and purple texture "Missing Textures". When I don't have "Tropicraft" installed, then everything is fine
