Describe the bug
Mahogany tree's don't drop there saplings. Someone said they cut down this type of tree for 30 mins and got no saplings.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Cut down mahogany trees and no leaves drop.

Expected behavior
Them to drop there sapling
