Papaya leaves don't naturally despawn

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Cut down Papaya tree and there leaves never despawn.

Expected behavior
For there leaves to despawn.

Versions

Tropicraft Version: Tropicraft-9.6.2.jar
Neo Forge Version: 47.1.76
Minecraft Version: 1.20.1

Issue was found because it was in the DW20 Pack,.
