This is with Tropicraft-9.6.3.jar. Place down Iris and look at it with F3 and it does not have the tag

Also, Topical Fern, Pathos, and Foliage are tagged as small flowers when they are not visually flowering plants. dracaena and croton is not flowering plant either right? Also seems Magic Mushroom is tagged as small flower too.
