Not really.
But third party apps that can be used to download mods or to check for updates can better check if this mod has a modloader tag for all versions / releases.

TurtleShellDrop-2.0.0+1.16.5 is for Fabric and all older versions are for Forge, right?
Could you please add / set the modloader tag "Forge" to the older versions / releases?
