Additionally you can not see it when playing on Auto GUI mode or generally a big GUI setting.

The Placement stuff menu is not actually implemented yet... I should have removed the button until it gets implemented.

The menus are generally designed for the Normal GUI scale (scale 2 I think) and they will be super cramped in Large scale. But there will be improvements to the layout things in upcoming bigger updates.
