Hey there,

Turtle shells have a constant 10 second status effect while out of water, granting an additional 10 seconds of breathing underwater. However, tweakPotionWarning reads this status effect as an expiring potion effect, and as such, spams the warning above the hotbar while active.

You can add that effect to the potion warning black list in the Lists category.

Although it looks like it's not yet in the 1.14 versions of the mod, because the Tweakeroo 0.10.0 port is still WIP and looks like that blacklist was added during the 0.10.0 dev versions... So "soon (tm)", I guess...
