Feature Request: Persistent visual indicators of toggle states and modes

As a user, when toggling various tweaks and setting operation modes, I very easily forget which ones are enabled and erroneously execute unwanted actions. I would like a persistent visual indication of the state of certain toggles and modes displayed somewhere on the screen.

In particular I'd like to see whether things like the tweakFasts and tweakPlacements toggles are active, as well as the current restriction mode for place and break.

Something as simple as the (also wonderful) MiniHUD mod's text overlay and Info Toggles assignment would suffice. Even adding these indicators to the MiniHUD mod itself would be good since I imagine the user overlap is significant. Ideally there would also be an option to only display the status text if the tweak is enabled.

Since the majority of the tweaks are boolean, another implementation idea would be to have a positional "charm bar" with tweak names or icons in a list or line with colored text/icon indicating state.

These are planned/on the todo list. It will most likely be some kind of system via malilib, so that any mod using malilib can use the same indicator system.
