I would like to be able to customize the speed you get in Freecam, maybe even be able to customize ''walking'' speed and ''running'' speed when you hold ctrl ?

I could add options for this. But the Fly Speed tweak specifically also affects the Free Camera mode, and that's what I always use for it (as I have the fly speed tweak always enabled anyway).
