Is there a way to keep tweakeroo to keep working while minimized?

I'm using tweakPeriodicAttack so I can afk a raid farm. However, I want to still use my computer when its working. Is there a way to keep tweakeroo to keep working in the background if my MC client is minimized?

F3 + P is a vanilla feature and enables/disables the game pausing when losing focus iirc. That way, Tweakeroo will still work

I think you can also open the chat or an inventory, that'll also prevent pausing. I'm unsure how it interacts with tweakeroo though

Most of the clicking tweaks specifically only work when any GUI is not open, as that's how the game works normally. (Without an explicit check, they would work even inside GUIs, I'm pretty sure.)
