Hotbar scroll doesn't work for me.

So I turn Tweak Toggles -> tweakHotbarScroll to true, then I set Generic Hotkeys -> hotbarScroll to the key 'F' (Which is an empty keybind for me).
When I press 'F', a picture of the inventory comes up with a big red box. When I use the scroll wheel on my mouse, the red box doesn't move at all and I'm only able to swap with the 3rd row of the inventory.
Oh and I figured out that the hscroll mod is causing the problem. If I remove hscroll, then I'm able to scroll through the hotbars properly.
However, I need the hscroll mod because it lets me scroll through my main hotbar when I'm holding down the shift button.
Oh, it replaces the entire scroll handler... I assume it then also breaks all other scrolling related features in all my other mods as well, such as Item Scroller's item scrolling features, Litematica's selection nudging, MiniHUD's scroll adjusting of the renderer top positions etc.
I now added a new option macHorizontalScroll in the Fixes category in Tweakeroo that does the same thing as the hscroll mod. I don't have a Mac to test it with so I don't know if it actually works, but it should be doing the exact same thing as hscroll does, but without replacing the scroll handler and breaking all the scroll stuff in my mods.
