I have a lot of other mods that work fine together but Tweakeroo breaks it, maybe someone has a clue?

Please Help :/
Did you post the correct crash log? In that log the crash happens via Litematica's render layer GUI in malilib's LayerRange code. I guess you clicked on Set Here while not in-game... I'll need to fix that.
With this many mods, there could be many incompatibilities. Furthermore, the mods could have different versions, e.g. baritone has many widely used forks and bookdupe has three different versions. It would be best if you narrowed down the crash to as few mods as possible where it is reproducible, so then masa has a two or three mod incompatibility which is (probably) easier to work with.
Should I reproduce the crash and send the new report? I don't really understand what you wrote
So here's my log: https://paste.ee/p/wdvOs
And the Crash Report: https://paste.ee/p/2Bfgp
I might have uploaded the wrong crash report before, MultiMC's Format is not that easy. This one is from my latest.log so it should be fine. Sorry if I confused you.
That looks like a conflict with some other mod in one of the Mixin @Redirect
s. I can make that Mixin optional to resolve that crash, but the "ignore dead mobs" feature will not work then when whichever other mod it conflicts with is present.
It looks like Inertia is the problem, since it's closed-source your workaround might be the only option. I'll pull up the same Issue on their tracker.
Try if the latest build from here fixes it: https://masa.dy.fi/mcmods/client_mods/?mcver=1.16.4
Still crashes... But thank you for your time https://paste.ee/p/ov93S
If you want you can test it yourself here but I wouldn't play on a public server since this technically counts as a hacked client (I use it only for its hud and tooltips)
The Owner of Inertia found a fix, here's the post if anyone has the same problem
