So when you hold a key (configure in tweak hotkey) while looking at noteblock. You can scroll with your mouse wheel to get different note (also you can do scroll up, to go for example from note 3 to note 2).

I inspired by this datapack : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pQxX7PqVW5Q. (I don't prefer to change instrument with scroll wheel. Because instrument cant change without changing block below it.)

Also it so helpful when you love making note block creation
