Probably already been requested but I'd like to see this feature I'm of course assuming holding a totem in your offhand would be restocked or holding one in your mainhand will be restocked and if both totems are held in main and offhand than whichever totem is used will simply be restocked which I'd like to keep this tweak as optional rather than put in with HandRestock because some people might not want totem restocking for whatever reason but yeah I'd think this tweak would make a fine addition :D

This will probably be handled by the handRestockContinuous feature that has already been in the 1.12.2 version for some time. So once that gets ported to the later versions, I think it will work for this.
