I think it would be really useful if tweakToolSwitch would be only using 1 hotbar slot. So everytime it picks a tool from the inventory, the tool that already was in the hotbar, it gets swapped with the new one. This would save space in the hotbar.

Both the replacement tool selection and the target slot behavior will see some changes and possible new config options to control how it should behave. The current behavior is simply pretty terrible, as it will often completely shuffle the hotbar.
