I'm not too sure if this is the same issue as #214, but not only does permanentSprint allow you to sprint in water, it allows you to almost levitate and swim at very unnatural speeds, which could definitely get you banned on servers, not just by moderators, but probably by AntiCheat aswell.

Here's a short video demonstrating how broken this is. In the video I'm using depth strider 3, which makes it look even weirder.
