I just downloaded tweakeroo for mac and I can open the malilib library and change the options but when I actually try to use them it does nothing. Any ideas why? I'm running optifabric with replay mod, minihud, and litematica.

Try it without Optifine, there have been reports that it breaks hotkeys in malilib
