Blocks place super fast even when FastBlockPlacement is off

This started happening like half an hour ago for no apparent reason. I've tried restarting the game, and restarting my computer, as well as fiddling around in the Tweakeroo settings for a bit to see if that fixed anything. It didn't.
That looks like Fast Right Click being enabled as well.
Fast Block Placement I think takes precedence, but after you disable it, you essentially still have the "fast clicking" part, but you lose the placement restriction part, and that's why you just make a mess of blocks up until your face.
