permanentSprint does not behave like vanilla

Hello,

As described in the title, pernanentSprint creates behavior that is different to that of vanilla toggle sprint. There are two behaviors that I've found associated with this:

  • Sprinting into a wall does not cancel your sprint like it would in vanilla. In vanilla, attempting to sprint at any angle more than 8 degrees towards a wall will cancel your sprint, but this does not happen with this mod's permanentSprint, allowing an unfair advantage for things such as speedruns requiring accurate movement.
  • permanentSprint does not activate underwater. I understand this was changed in this commit but I agree with #457 that it should mimic vanilla behavior and allow you to swim underwater.

A possible solution is, as #457 describes, mimic holding down the sprint key when permanentSprint is toggled. That way vanilla behavior is preserved and no extra checks are needed for allowing sprinting or not.
