The mod 'Tinkers Evolution' adds in a bunch of materials depending on the mods that you have loaded and it also has a tool called the Sceptre, which is a hybrid Melee/Magic weapon that can fire magic projectiles.

The Arcane Focus... which is one of the tools parts for the Sceptre... has stats for Potency, Range Multiplier, Durability & Mining Level and it seems that Tweakers Construct can't change these stats since it's a different tool part. Would it be do-able to to add in a section to edit the Arcane Focus stats?
