Would it be possible to adjust the base attack speed of weapons?

So People can adjust in the configs how slow7fast the standard attack speed of certain tools are? For example make rapiers a bit slower to recharge and normal swords a bit faster etc (or even make tools from tinker add-ons like plustic katanas slower/faster)

Like by reconciling a certain tool/weapon type (Long sword/Broadsword etc) and than being able to change the base attack speeds. I think this would fit in your mod perfectly.

As there are many mods / + the Redstone modifier to increase the stat such a config would make balancing modpacks with tinkers tools in it a lot easier.

There are some mods out there that can configure attack speed in general but that just makes normal swords completely useless as it doesn’t change the fact that many tools have different base attack speed stats, especially tinkers ones and its add-ons.

Unfortunately the attack speeds are defined in such a way that I can't modify them.
