Hello. There is an issue with SpongeForge where when dropping a tinkers item will cause it to ghost item dupe and it can crash the client.

seeing the same on po3, the Tool Uninvincibility setting has been changed but we are still seeing the behaviour.

is there anything else that comes to mind that could resolve this?

That's strange the mod shouldn't mess with items if that's disabled, does it also happen without the mod?

Can be closed with version 1.12.2-1.5.1

Can you confirm that it's fixed in 1.5.1? I wanted to hold off on closing the issues until it's confirmed to be fixed.
